PCM Dosyfruit™ inline injection and dosing system
PCM Dosyfruit™ premium is a single or multi-ingredient dosing system with BIB or containers sucking that is fully automated. It is therefore the reference for the injection and dosing of fruit in fresh dairy products.
PCM Dosyfruit™ basic is a single ingredient injection system with BIB or containers sucking. This economical solution is perfectly suited to installations of fresh dairy products industries.
The ease of use and flexibility of the system translates into several important elements: Manual dose adjustment (pneumatic actuator), management of several recipes, automatic CIP control, automatic container switching, manual cuff priming.
There is also a compact version of the system that integrates the containers into the skid and allows the weighing of the integrated containers.
