Multiphase pumps
For some oil&gas applications, PCM provides cost effective and reliable progressing cavity pumps solutions as multiphase booster systems to boost the fluid from the wellhead to the processing facilities.
Enhanced oil recovery
Polymer flooding is a common enhanced oil recovery technique (EOR). To work effectively, the polymer solution must be transferred with care at the surface, avoiding physical damage to the polymer bonds. PCM transfer pumps offer the lowest shear level on the market. The high pressure capabilities of the range make product transfer and injection possible with a single pump unit.
Oil and gas processing
Oil wells produce a mixture of several gases, condensates or crudes, water and minerals, including sand from the reservoir and scale deposits, waste and corrosion from the tubing. To separate, withdraw or transform those different components, PCM offers a single unit transfer system with a unique high pressure capacity coupled to the lowest NPSH eliminating the need for separators and export pumps.
Produced water treatment
Oil and water mixtures are prone to emulsification during pumping. With the absence of non-return valves and with their unique PCP conveying principle, our PCM surface transfer pumps offer low-shear pumping. This is ideal for produced water transfer and for maximizing the efficiency of separation systems for on-shore as well as offshore applications.
