PCM presents its fluid treatment solutions for the food industry at CFIA

A specialist for over 90 years, PCM designs transfer, dosing, mixing, filling and injection solutions. Manufactured in France, PCM solutions adapt to the specific constraints of food processing applications, while guaranteeing versatility, hygiene and respect for ingredients. PCM presented all its solutions for fluid handling in the food industry at the CFIA show in Rennes, France, from March 4 to 6, 2025.

Food safety first and foremost

PCM shares the priorities of the agri-food industry, in particular their high standards of hygiene. That's why our equipment is designed to be cleaned in place, and complies with local and international standards: food contact and hygienic design.

Preserving ingredients throughout the production chain

PCM systems are based on Dosys™ pumping technology. This technology ensures high accuracy of desired doses, handles fluids with high particle content and guarantees the integrity of the ingredients handled is maintained. The systems are designed to reduce costly product losses and preserve ingredient properties.

Examples of systems for pumping viscous and chunky fluids

To meet changing market requirements, PCM has developed a number of adapted technologies, combining flexibility and productivity. These technologies can be used throughout the manufacturing process (transfer, preparation, packaging, etc.) and in a wide range of sectors: dairy products, beverages, bakery, etc.

The Dosydrum, for example, is an unloading system equipped with a Europe tray, designed to handle large pieces as well as viscous, thick or sticky products. Its latest version incorporates a cleaning-in-place system to meet the highest hygiene standards and facilitate handling. This system will be presented at CFIA 2025 in Rennes.

The Voldose, meanwhile, is a stand-alone dosing system for fluids, offering a more economical solution.

PCM solutions can therefore be adapted to the specific constraints of food processing applications, while guaranteeing versatility and respect for ingredients.
